Bio

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Tim graduated with an accounting degree from Providence College and immediately moved to Fairfield County Connecticut. After working in the government contracting sector for five years, his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the outdoors drove him to start up a landscape management firm in Connecticut. Due to his desire to work year-round in a warmer climate, Tim relocated to Sarasota in the early ’90s to build a second landscape management firm. That firm was sold after 25 years of service through Hallmark Business Brokers, Inc. Tim’s past business startups and selling experiences plus his accounting background give him the ability to understand the needs, goals, and objectives of both business buyers and sellers.

Tim is an avid New England sports enthusiast and enjoys professional and college level sports. He resides in Sarasota with his wife, Lisa, and two children, Timothy, a senior at UCF in Orlando and Madeleine, a junior in the ib Program at Riverview High School in Sarasota.
